Terms and conditions
" Heremana Tours " is a sign registered with the Registry of the Commercial Court of Papeete .
Aim of the activity
Organization of excursions, photography, and all activities related to tourism and respect for the environment.
Payment
The payment of a security deposit or of the entire service can be paid in advance and at the latest on the day of the excursion .
Cancellation of the excursion
The sums paid will be returned without penalty in the event of cancellation notified at least 48 hours in advance, or in the event of cancellation on our part due to bad weather.
Program
Our program can be modified without notice according to external events beyond our control.
Liability limit
"Heremana Tours" is a partly nautical excursion including visits, swimming and meals in a natural environment. It takes all health and safety measures but cannot guarantee the abilities of each visitor and asks its visitors to report any inability or weakness in terms of food * (allergies, phobias, Diets), swimming (weakness or incapacity), displacement (weakness or incapacity), in order to take adequate security measures without being able to replace the mastery of each of his own capacities.
* Meals are generally prepared with fresh fish, local vegetables, local fruit, capped water.
Swimming
The use of the snorkel mask is not trivial, correct equipment and if possible a minimum of training are a guarantee of safety and can also contribute effectively to the success of a trip to Polynesia. Plastic shoes are recommended for walking and swimming, flippers are not essential but not advised.

Our photos are protected by copyright.
Any public distribution of photo (s) from our collection as well as photo (s) report and portrait is strictly limited to our authorization or conditions of sale. Any public broadcast must be made in agreement of the parts. The publication of photos in the "Photo" section of the photo gallery of our site is activated from the private galleries by a simple click of the users.

At your request, we undertake not to photograph you or to keep any copy.
